We’re all familiar with personal injury advertising. The firms follow tired conventions: Founder/attorney proclaims he has won millions of dollars for his clients and he can do the same for you. The Ken Nugent firm broke rank when they decided to partner with us and take a different approach that would help them stand out.
We began by conducting primary research. The insights we uncovered told us that after a wreck, people felt abandoned by their insurance companies and wanted to know that someone was on their side. These two insights laid the stage for our work.
In the campaign, “Unbeatable Games”, we recast Ken Nugent as someone in your corner to help you stand up to the auto insurance companies. Insurance companies have created a game that is impossible for you to win. If it feels like it’s rigged against you, that’s because it is.
Stitch Testimonials
Testimonials are a cornerstone of the category. But we didn’t want them to be the standard talking to the camera. With this in mind we create testimonials tied to the campaign that were fresh, reinforced the messaging and felt native to the platforms they played on the most.
Traditional Testimonials
We then rounded out the campaign with more traditional testimonials to ground the campaign. Taken as a whole, the three types of content all paired together told a comprehensive story that elevated far above the category norms.
